Sure Footing is owned by Stephen “Deuce” Ingersoll, PT, DPT, the physical therapist who performs your assessment. Sure Footing also sells and installs home modifications. You are under no obligation to buy anything from us, and your written plan is yours to use with any contractor you choose.

Sure Footing does not pay or accept referral fees from anyone, including clinicians, agencies and other businesses.

Plumbing and electrical work is done by NC-licensed tradespeople. We pull permits when required. Sure Footing does not hold a general contractor license; projects over $40,000 are referred to a licensed general contractor.

Prices on this site are starting prices and don't include NC sales tax where it applies. Your final price is in your written quote.

Privacy policy

What we collect: the details you enter in our forms (name, phone, email, ZIP code, who the visit is for, your main concern and an optional note), and basic, anonymous site usage statistics.

Why: to contact you, schedule your assessment and answer your questions.

Who we share it with: the service providers that run our website, phone and scheduling, only to provide those services. With your permission, the professional who referred you. We don't sell your information, and we don't use advertising trackers on our forms.

Text messages: we text you only if you opt in. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.

Your choices: to see, correct or delete your information, send us a note through the booking form.
